Emilie graduated from Robertson College in 2020. As a teenager, she dreamed of pursuing a career in Healthcare, however realized once she was in university that medicine and nursing weren't good fits for her. Despite never having been for a massage before, she enrolled in the massage therapy program, and quickly fell in love with the human anatomy and physiology.
As a massage therapist and group fitness instructor, Emilie understands how frustrating and debilitating injuries can be. She provides individualized, patient-focused care, to improve function, mobility and well-being. She is trained in Swedish, relaxation, as well as deep tissue massage, and has worked with clients aged 5-99. She uses a variety of techniques including hydrotherapy, trigger point release, kneading, compression, and more to help reduce pain and muscle tension.
In her free time, she loves going for walks, spending time with family and friends, and learning new Zumba choreography for her classes.
